Chris leads Meridian MMi specialists in the worldwide placement of senior executives and providers of consultancy services to the Direct Selling Industry. She has in-depth experience of running international Direct Selling companies at Vice President level, as well as operating her own Direct Selling business. Her early career was spent with the Tupperware Company.
In 1994 she was appointed Sales Director at Pierre Lang. She held an international role with PartyLite before being invited to join The Pampered Chef in 2000 as Vice President and Managing Director of Europe.
With over 40 years’ experience, Chris is widely respected and has an innate sense in identifying the qualities and skills that help DTC businesses thrive. She enjoys an unrivalled reputation as the go to in sourcing ‘best in class’ candidates. In 2013, she was inducted into the UK Direct Selling Association’s ‘Hall of Fame’ in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the industry; one of only 12 individuals to have received this accolade.
